Upgrading
Go to Settings → Upgrade or visit the Pricing page. During our beta phase, all plans are free for testing.
What Happens If You Hit a Limit?
The system prevents you from exceeding your plan limits rather than silently truncating your data:
- Task limit reached: You cannot create new tasks until the next calendar month begins, or until you upgrade
- Topic limit reached: You can use existing topics but cannot create new ones
- Member limit reached: You cannot add more members to a task than your plan allows
- Gated features: UI elements for locked features show a "🔒 Upgrade to unlock" prompt; server-side validation also enforces the gate
Existing tasks and topics are never deleted or hidden if you downgrade — you simply can't create new ones beyond the lower plan's limits until you upgrade again.
Enterprise
Enterprise is for large organisations that need custom volume, self-hosted deployment, custom AI model configuration, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees. Contact our sales team to discuss your requirements.
