📊 Dashboard & Filters

The dashboard is your central hub — it shows every task you're involved in, across all roles, with powerful filters and sorting to help you stay on top of what needs attention.

What the Dashboard Shows

Every task where you are the creator, Responsible, Decider, Consultant, or Informed member appears in your dashboard. This includes tasks created by others where you've been invited — not just your own.

Each row shows: Status, Topic, Task title, Start date, Task deadline, Importance, Round time left, Completions progress, Your role, and the Action you need to take.

Filters

The filter bar above the table lets you narrow the view. All filters work together — you can combine any of them:

Column Sorting

Click any column header to sort the table by that column. Click again to reverse the sort direction. The sort arrow (↕) indicates the current sort state. Sorting works on all visible (filtered) rows.

The Importance column sorts so that High importance tasks appear first. The Completions column sorts by percentage complete.

Completions Progress Bar

The Completions column shows a progress bar with the percentage of consultants who have responded in the current active round, plus the raw count (e.g. "60% [3/5]"). This gives an instant read on how far along a round is without opening the task.

Importance Column

Importance is set by the task creator at creation time (High / Normal / Low). It's displayed as a colour-coded badge: 🔴 High, ⚪ Normal, 🟢 Low. Use the Importance filter to focus on urgent items across all your tasks.

Action Column

The Action column shows what you personally need to do on each task right now:

Mobile View

On mobile, the table collapses into cards. The same filters are available via the ⚙ Filters button which expands an additional filter row. The search box remains visible at the top.
